JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2026 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90509 of 2025 with regard to address of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of Cr. Misc. No. 90509 of 2025, due to mistake of his office, the address of co-accused has been typed in place of address of the petitioner. The address of the petitioner needs to be corrected in Cr. Misc. No. 90509 of 2025 as "Resident of Village - Panchi, Police Station - Shekhopur Sarai, District - Sheikhpura." Learned counsel further submits that the FIR also shows the same address of the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the averment made in the petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17212 of 2026(2) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 as well as submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 23.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90509 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner be read as "Resident of Village - Panchi, Police Station - Shekhopur Sarai, District - Sheikhpura" in place of "Resident of Village - Fataha, P.S. - Warisaliganj, District - Nawada."

4. Office is directed to do the needful.
