2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 3, 4 and 5 from which it transpires that Earned Leave and Gratuity remains to be paid.

3. Learned counsel for the University prayed for two weeks time to ensure payment of Earned Leave and Gratuity.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure that the amount of admitted Earned Leave and Gratuity be paid to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
