2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 457/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The dead-body of the deceased Ashutosh Kumar was discovered. Subsequently, the witnesses have stated that the deceased Ashutosh Kumar was seen with the petitioner and Deepak Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.11.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the witnesses have seen the deceased along with the petitioner on a motorcycle, this application is dismissed.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to get the CCTV footage properly verified from the co-villagers to identified the other criminals involved in the crime.
