Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.679 of 2015 (3) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 position to file counter affidavit.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has sought for quashing of the First Information Report of Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 101 of 2015, the filing of the counter affidavit is dispensed with.
