The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No.18 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion as she is the mother of co-accused Santu Kumar who allegedly was indulged in passing remarks against the deceased and outraging her modesty. The allegation against this petitioner is omnibus. The other co-accused Ajay Singh has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate bench of this court in Cr.Misc.No.21730 of 2018. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. She is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39416 of 2018 (3) dt.25-07-2018 21.04.2018 having clean antecedent.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri R.K.
