Petitioner is an accused in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 373 of 2018 (S.Tr. No. 224 of 2019) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the prayer for bail of this petitioner has earlier been rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 28198 of 2019 but again the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the fresh ground which is the statement of the informant and prosecution witness

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19376 of 2020(2) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 in which they have clearly denied the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence, which is clearly evident from Annexures- 3 and 4. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.02.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-1st, Gopalganj (S.Tr. No. 224 of 2019) in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 373 of 2018.
