Patna High Court MJC No.971 of 2025(3) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 which has been wrongly typed in the original writ petition itself on account of inadvertence as "the Regional Deputy Director Education, Jehanabad", instead of "the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya". It is submitted that the said mistake is a bonafide error, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the necessary modification be allowed. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the depiction of respondent no. 5 in the order dated 01.08.2024, shall be deemed to be read as "the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya". 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 01.08.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10256 of 2024.
