By the order dated 15.04.2015 the learned Subordinate Judge-IV, Begusarai in Title Suit No.203 of 2007 allowed the amendment application filed by the defendant-respondent. From perusal of the amendment application which has been annexed as annexure to this writ application, it appears that all the amendments sought for are only to correct the defects such as to delete "Smt." before Laxmi Das, to correct plot no.1205 to 1206, in place of "he" the word „who‟ should be typed. The court below found that it is only amendment for correction of the defects.

In such view of the matter only on the ground of delay the amendment application cannot be rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9111 of 2015 (2) dt.12-04-2016 Accordingly, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
