2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of providing accommodation to under-age boys and girls for sexual activities in their hotel.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is proprietor of the hotel and petitioner no. 2 is wife of petitioner no. 1. As per statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., she has denied any illicit act in the hotel and has not alleged any wrong against these petitioners. She has further stated that she went to market to purchase some books and in market, she found her classmate, who asked her to accompany to the hotel to eat something and while they were eating, police came and caught them.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
