Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that initially the accused persons assaulted the Aunt of the informant and she was taken to the hospital by the informant and other. While returning from the hospital, the accused persons surrounded the informant and his family members and assaulted them with lathi and danda and damaged the motorcycle. It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused injury with arrow on the neck of the father of the informant. Accused Bijli Mahto snatched Rs. 50,000/- from the possession of the informant. Accused Amrit Mahto snatched mobile from the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37586 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 505 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
