2. The petitioner is in custody registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant has stated that Prayag Das, Kaju Das and others sold a piece of land in favour of Bhagwanti Devi vide deed No. 1888 dated 19.06.2020 and the land which was sold was a government land, as such, the sale caused loss to the government.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the investigation has already completed and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20365 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 chargesheet has already been submitted under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the IPC. Other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17765 of 2024 vide order dated 21.03.2024. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.350 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Teghra, Begusarai.
