3. The show cause of the opposite party no.4, Child Development Program Officer, Ramgardhwa, East Champaran has been filed and learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-A to show that the Child Development Program Officer has passed the order negating the claim of the petitioner with further observation that she can prefer an appeal before the District Program Officer, East Champaran at Motihari, if she is aggrieved.
