JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147,200,406,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioner submitted fake indemnity bond in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014 instituted under Sections 279, 307 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already suffered enough in so much so that his truck has also been seized. He further submits that under wrong advise he got into problems.

Having regard to the fact of the case, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the present order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37978 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 taking into consideration that the petitioner's truck is seized since quite some time.

The application is disposed of.
