As and when such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2/ The Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna shall consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
