JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 23.02.2016 passed in Sessions Trial No. 108 of 2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad whereby a petition dated 07.01.2016 filed by the informant for examination of one Sunil Kumar Singh, a Police Inspector under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected.
At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since Sunil Kumar Singh has already been
