2. The present application has been preferred: to make correction in concern Jamabandi No. 74 under Register-II relating to the subject land admeasuring in Area of 10, Katha 10 dhur pertaining under Khata No.

318 Khesra No. 1639 situated under revenue village Arna, Thana No. 9 under revenue Circle Mashrakh in the district of Saran in view of Sale Deed No. 3945 executed on 11.05.1921 because Bhawan Raut son of Govind Raut got the sale deed but in registerII name of the Jangi Raut son of Govind Raut has been made and any other appropriate

3. The matter relates to a piece of land under MaujaArna, Thana- 09, Khata No.- 318, Khesra No.- 1639 under Mashrakh Circle in the district of Saran.

4. The contention is that pursuant to the direction of the DCLR, Marhaura, Saran to the Circle Officer, Mashrakh, Saran vide letter no. 506 dated 24.06.2025, notice was issued to the Circle Officer, Mashrakh vide letter no. 1590 dated 19.09.2025 but thereafter, nothing happened.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that when the notice has been issued, the matter shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. Having heard the parties, a notice has been issued, the concerned Circle Officer, Mashrakh, Saran is duty-bound to look into the matter and after hearing the parties including the State of Bihar, to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law at an earliest.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
