2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girls eloped from their house. One Orchestra dancer allured them and thereafter they were handed over to the petitioner and others. The petitioner and other accused persons have sexually abused the victim girls.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 21.7.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
