This application for regular bail arises out Laukahi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is named in the First Information Report. According to the case of the prosecution, the petitioner had snatched a sum of Rs. 40,000/- from the informant and had shot at him, causing fire arm injury in his left thigh. From paragraph 3 of the application, it seems that there are at least four criminal cases registered against the petitioner. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner and his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant him the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16215 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 privilege of bail for the present.

This application is rejected.
