2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(a), 7, 27(3) of the Arms Act and Section 66 of Information & Technology Act.
3. As per written application of informant, on the identification of local chowkidar, co-accused Gautam Kumar Thakur was apprehended, who was brandishing pistol in his hand, and the video was made viral, who disclosed that alleged pistol was of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Gautam Kumar Thakur. Petitioner was not seen in the video, which was allegedly made viral. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathana P.S. Case No. 381 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
