ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-03-2015 Supplementary-Affidavit has bee filed bringing on record the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 11.04.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013 on the ground that there are ample documents to show that in fact the alleged victim had married to one Birju Kumar out of her own sweet-will. Considering that there is definite allegation against the Petitioners in the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
