At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the co-villagers have sworn affidavit to this effect that they do not have any objection, if the acquisition of the land is done and now the petitioner also does not want to pursue the matter and he is also ready to give no objection regarding the acquisition of the land but the petitioner is only interested for getting compensation amount.

In view of the aforesaid stand this application is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to ensure the
