2. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 151 of 2015 filed by the opposite party pending in the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gopalganj to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that a compromise for amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties, hence the present petition need not be pursued any longer.
