2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation before the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna but till date no action has been taken.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5, Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 5 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
