The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No 16741 of 2015 with a direction to surrender in the court below within four weeks but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of the order dated 15.05.2015. It is submitted that due to un-avoidable circumstance, the petitioner could not surrender in time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time for surrender of the petitioner in court below is extended for three weeks. Order dated 15.05.2015 is modified to this extent only.
