He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 10, Circle Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda for expeditious disposal of the said pending application.

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this case is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 10, Circle Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 22.01.2024 (Annexure P/2) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
