The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this appropriate writ/writs is filed for quashing the termination letter no.979/Sa dated 01.07.2014 passed by Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Munger and contractual basis continuation in service as "Jal-Kal Adhikshak" Munger Municipal Corporation Munger as per his performance evaluation Excellent and recommendation made by the Municipal Commissioner itself dated 01.03.2014 vide letter no. 472/sa to the Special Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16095 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and accordingly the consequential benefit thereon as well as quashing of letter dated 2/6/2014 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Urban Development and housing Department Govt. of Bihar Patna vide letter No. 01/Est. 2. (Misc.) 23/2014,1281/UD & HD."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his grievances, if any. 3.
