JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Alamnagar PS Case No. 236 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was enticed away by the accused persons.

Submission is that the FIR discloses that the girl was having love affairs with one Manish and she is major as her age was assessed between 17 - 19 years and she had eloped with Manish. Only because the petitioners are said to be his friends so they have been implicated in this case and they are in custody since 12.10.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Vashisth Kumar Mehta @ Bashisth Kumar Mehta and Sajan Kumar Meha are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Alamnagar PS Case No. 236 of 2017.
