JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.03.2021, passed in CWJC No. 159 of 2021, the learned counsel for the contemnors has filed a supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party No. 3, wherein it has been stated that an Encroachment Case No. 01/2022-2023 was initiated by the Circle Officer, Sikandra, DistrictJamui, and thereafter, the encroachment in question has already stood removed as is apparent from the joint inspection report dated 25.08.2022, as also from the photographs annexed as

Patna High Court MJC No.504 of 2022(5) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 Annexure-F series to the said supplementary show cause.

This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

The contempt petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
