2. The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent authority to pay the compensation amount of the petitioners' land which was taken for construction of Sadak under the Gramin Tola Sampark Nishchay Yojana (GTSNY).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lands of the petitioners are situated in Mauza- Malkha Chak under Dighwara, Block/ Circle, Saran at Chapra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the construction of the said Sadak has been completed without payment of compensation amount to the petitioners. The details of land of petitioner no. 1 is Plot No. 169 & 996, Area

Patna High Court CWJC No.4609 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 8.5 decimal and of petitioner no. 2 is Plot No. 283, 955, 956, 958, 957, 961, 962, 993, 994 & 168, Area 58 decimal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in this regard a representation dated 23.01.2023 has been filed by the petitioners before the Additional District Collector, Saran at Chapra (R-3). It is further submitted that the Executive Engineer, Rural Work Department, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra has sent a letter to the Additional District Collector, Saran at Chapra (R-3) in this regard but no action has taken place and the respondent authorities have sat over the matter.

6. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners may be directed to file representation before the District Collector, Saran at Chapra (R-2) for redressal of their grievances.

7. In this background, the present writ application is disposed of directing the petitioners to file fresh representation for redressal of their grievances before the District Collector, Saran at Chapra (R-2) within 4 weeks from today and the District Collector, Saran at Chapra (R-2) is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioners within 8 weeks, thereafter.
