The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the victim of dowry death.

There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the distant relation of the petitioner with the victim of dowry death, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60137 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2018 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) A.K.V./- U T
