2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 967 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioners is that they along with one other accused person surrounded the informant and assaulted him by iron rod causing fracture on the left hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

He further submits that the injury report of the informant shows swelling in right arms and forearm, swelling in left elbow and multiple bruise on back of lower part. The petititoners are co-villagers of the informant having no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investiation and trial.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 967 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
