The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though notices were issued to Opposite Party No. 2 which was received by her mother, she has not yet appeared.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is ready and willing to keep his wife with full owner and dignity and that Opposite Party No. 2 has preferred not to oppose this application, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of
