JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 16.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1915 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of more than 24 kg of ganja.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that other two similarly situated persons from whose possession, there is recovery of 20.300 kg and 20 kg of ganja respectively, has already been enlarged on bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 27.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26950 of 2018 and vide order dated 18.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42910 of 2018 and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 23.04.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S.
