2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S Case No. 1154 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 354A, 354C, 509 of Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioner is said to have hacked the facebook ID of the informant's daughter and uploaded the her objectionable obscene photographs from her ID with a purpose to defame her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. It appears that the allegation made against the petitioner is serious in nature and it would be required for the petitioner to be taken into police custody for interrogation by the police for proper investigation in this case. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
