It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence has been concluded, but the trial has not been concluded as yet.
As the evidence of the case has been concluded, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60453 of 2017(2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 the trial and conclude the same within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of 3 months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer of bail.
Subject to the aforesaid liberty, this application is dismissed.
