Learned counsel for the State accepts notice to respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Service of notice to respondent no.5 is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against respondent no.5Chanchal Sahni. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

For quashing the entire selection process held for the appointment of Aanganwari Sevika for the centre no. 336, Ward No. 12, in Teknari Panchayat whereby and whereunder the Chanchal Sahnirespondent no.5 has been appointed as Aanganwari Sevika in most arbitrary manner.

ii. For directing the respondent authorities to initiate a fresh selection process on the basis of the application forms submitted by the petition and other candidates as per the advertisement dated 19.01.2018 which is still pending.

iii. For any other relief/reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice."

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has not been selected and respondent no.5 has been selected. Petitioner is stated to be more merited. Petitioner has already submitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.9194 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 3/3 representation to respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Vaishali. If it is so, the District Magistrate is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation. If it is to be allowed, in that event, respondent no.5-Chanchal Sahni be heard in the matter. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
