2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and occurrence, the informant was sitting at her door, in the meantime, all the accused persons including the petitioner came and started digging hole. When the informant objected, he was assaulted by the accused persons and as a result of which the informant and other family members sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties are Pattidar and due to land dispute, a simple marpit took place between the parties and the injuries, sustained by informant and others are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let all the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IXth, Gopalganj, in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
