Patna High Court CWJC No.5476 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 and direction to respondents to consider Petitioners' case of age relaxation, in the light of policy decision and guidelines issued by State Government, vide Annexure 3 series and Annexure- 7 series and thereafter final result of Advertisement No. 01 of 2019 dt. 21.12.2019 be published, in view of the admitted case that all these Petitioners are working regularly from the date of their respective appointment in the years 2011-12 to till date and that too without any break in their services.
(ii). For issuance of appropriate writ, order, and direction(s) to respondents that now petitioners have become overage and hence they cannot be appointed on fresh vacancy in future."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
