After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') against the order dated 26.02.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai in Appeal Case No. 03 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off, within the statutory period.
