The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S.case No.212 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset the learned A.P.P. has pointed out that processes under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted against the petitioner, as such this application is not maintainable.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
