ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 28.05.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 4273 of 2015 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on their behalf that they have fair antecedent. Since the petitioners are accused in another case such an affidavit could not be filed.

Since this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is rejected with a direction to the petitioners to surrender in the Court below within four weeks which shall consider that the petitioners were found fit to be released on bail on merits by the Court and pass an appropriate order.
