JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in K.Hat PS Case No. 599 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation is that the petitioner enticed informant's grand-daughter in the mid-night.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl's date of birth in the matriculation certificate is 26.8.1999, as per Annexure 3, and on the alleged date of occurrence she was major and it was a case of elopement due to love affairs and she eloped with the petitioner in the mid-night.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Mosim @ Mohsin Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM purnea in connection with K.Hat PS Case No. 599 of 2017.
