2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 447 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that despite taking money, he fixed the marriage of his son with another girl knowing the fact that her son had physical relationship with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2025 and has clean

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Benipatti, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 447 of 2024.
