The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Navinagar (Badem O.P.) P.S. Case No.86 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in custody since 04.02.2023 and there is recovery of 195 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
