JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 The petitioner was allowed to be released on anticipatory bail by order dated 20.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42974 of 2017, which arose out of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the said order. He could not surrender within the time stipulated therein. This application has been filed seeking modification of the said order dated 20.09.2017, extending the time for surrender before the Court below. Certain explanation has been given in the application which prevented the petitioner from surrendering before the Court below within the time specified which appears to be bona fide.
