The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 573 of 2017 (Excise Case No. 5672 of 2017) instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 32 liters of foreign liquor from the house of the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.11.2017.
