JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. case No. 137 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 363,366A of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the seriousness of the offence, after having perused the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31828 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
