A video clip of a woman being misbehaved by five persons was made viral through Facebook which was screened by the informant, a police official, who had registered this case on his own. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that after going to village, he has shown the said video clip to the villagers who identified one of them as Chandan Yadav who was apprehended and, on interrogation, he disclosed the names of his associates including the petitioner.

Petitioner is under custody since 25.10.2019 having clean antecedent as per para-3 of the instant petition. Consequent thereupon, petitioner, CHELA RAM @ CHHAILA RAM is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
