JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, vide impugned order, the learned court below has rejected the petition for grant of injunction over the land in question under Order 39, Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which is not maintainable, but due to mistake this petition has been filed.

The impugned order is appealable one. As such, the petition is dismissed.

The petitioners may seek remedy before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Civil Misc. is dismissed as withdrawn.
