JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 427, 387, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 07.06.2018.Pursuant to order of this Court, the petitioner is surrendered before the learned Court below and filed surrender certificate. Today, the case is put up for admission for consideration of the case of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 175 of 2018.
